$79,648 - $107,760

In-depth knowledge of risk mitigation rewarded:
Review overrides, proposals and requests that are beyond the limits of Operations staff, provide credit adjudication and act as a resource and mentor, with a primary focus on ag production. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:

  • Authorize scorecard overrides, loan approvals and administrative requests
  • Provide consistent and accurate analysis and adjudication
  • Assess and consistently apply corporate and credit risk policy
  • Coach, mentor, and give technical advice and guidance to lenders in all of FCC’s business channels

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident communicator with strong analytical skills
  • Organizational pro who can manage multiple priorities
  • Key resource with knowledge of agriculture industry trends and risk mitigation technique

What you’ll need:

  • Undergraduate  degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least one year of related ag finance or sales experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); a professional agrologist designation is an asset
  • Risk assessment and analysis skills
