About the Role

We’re looking for a French-speaking Customer Success Associate to support our customers in Quebec and France. You’ll be on the front lines—answering questions, offering guidance, and making sure brokers and policyholders feel supported at every step. Whether you're walking someone through our platform or solving an issue behind the scenes, your work helps keep things running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced, team-based environment. You’ll collaborate across teams and share insights that improve how we serve our customers.

The Customer Success Associate role is available either in-office at our Provo, UT location or remotely for candidates based in Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound questions from French-speaking customers via chat, email, and occasionally phone
  • Educate brokers and policyholders on how to use Coalition’s quoting and cybersecurity platforms
  • Route questions to the right internal teams, such as Sales, Claims, Insurance, and Security
  • Complete administrative tasks that support the insurance process and customer experience
  • Capture and share customer feedback to help us improve tools and reduce pain points
Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent in written and spoken French
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is helpful, but not required
  • Strong communication skills; you’re clear, respectful, and adaptable in how you respond
  • Comfortable working with online tools and platforms; quick to learn new systems
  • Curious, resourceful, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
    Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Bonus: familiarity with insurance or B2B SaaS platforms
