About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate with a degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field, who is fluent in English and Mandarin and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

As part of our Customer Success team, you’ll work directly with brands and agencies to ensure they achieve measurable success on our platform. You’ll learn the ins and outs of Amazon PPC, marketplace strategy, and data-driven growth — while collaborating with our Growth, Product, and Data teams.

What You’ll Do

Partner with clients to understand their goals and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of the Trellis platform.
Analyze campaign performance and help clients optimize their advertising, pricing, and promotions strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improved client outcomes.
Communicate insights clearly and proactively to English- and Mandarin-speaking clients.
Contribute to customer documentation, training resources, and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
