Every Mission Needs a Trusted Guide

We’re looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our Calgary-based team for a 4-month term from May to August 2026. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated, curious student who wants hands-on experience working at the intersection of technology, data, and customer relationships.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Data Science teams to support customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement. You’ll gain exposure to industrial AI applications, learn how enterprise SaaS relationships are managed, and help ensure our customers realize measurable value from BlueMarvel’s solutions.

This is not a passive internship — you’ll be contributing to real projects that directly impact customer experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Support customer onboarding activities, including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and documenting key outcomes.
  • Assist in monitoring customer usage and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for proactive outreach.
  • Help prepare customer-facing presentations, summaries, and value reports.
  • Participate in customer calls and internal strategy discussions to understand real-world operational challenges.

Data & Insights

  • Work with Customer Success and Data Science teams to help translate operational data into clear, customer-friendly insights.
  • Assist in tracking customer KPIs and documenting success stories and case studies.
  • Support analysis of customer feedback to identify themes and improvement opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales to support account planning and renewal preparation.
  • Partner with Product to relay customer feedback and help prioritize enhancement requests.
  • Contribute to internal process documentation to improve scalability of Customer Success operations.

Learning & Growth

  • Develop a foundational understanding of industrial operations and how AI-driven insights improve performance.
  • Gain exposure to enterprise SaaS customer lifecycle management, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Build professional communication skills through real customer interactions and executive-level reporting.

Skills for Liftoff

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can explain complex ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel or similar tools; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Curious about industrial technology, AI applications, and how data drives decision-making.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
