Nous recherchons un(e) Développeur(euse) Sénior (Front-end / Full-Stack) qui souhaite travailler à l'intersection du produit de voyage, de l'ingénierie de plateforme et de l'expérience utilisateur (UX). Ce rôle ne consiste pas seulement à livrer des fonctionnalités d'interface; il s'agit de façonner la mise à l'échelle des expériences de réservation d'hébergement pour nos partenaires, tout en maintenant la performance, l'utilisabilité et la maintenabilité à long terme.

  • Travailler avec un groupe d'ingénieurs de haut niveau dans un environnement à processus légers, fondé sur la confiance et l'autonomie.

  • Concevoir des solutions front-end évolutives nous permettant de lancer efficacement de nouveaux portails partenaires.

  • Travailler directement avec les gestionnaires de produit (PM) et les partenaires d'affaires pour définir et affiner notre feuille de route. Votre voix compte.

  • Collaborer de manière transversale avec un groupe diversifié, en donnant et recevant des commentaires pour favoriser la croissance.

Le candidat idéal possède :

  • Bilinguisme essentiel : Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit), car vous collaborerez quotidiennement avec nos équipes et partenaires distribués à l'échelle mondiale.

  • Expertise React : Maîtrise approfondie des modèles modernes (composants fonctionnels, hooks, optimisations de performance, rendu côté serveur (SSR), hydratation et gestion d'état avancée).

  • Maîtrise de TypeScript : Expérience dans le développement et la maintenance d'applications à l'échelle de l'entreprise.

  • Connaissances CSS avancées : Tailwind, SCSS, CSS-in-JS, animations et gestion des particularités des navigateurs.

  • Outils modernes : Familiarité avec l'écosystème React Query/TanStack, le stylisme basé sur des jetons de design (design tokens) et les outils de construction modernes comme Vite. Expérience avec les monorepos (Turbo, Nx, pnpm workspaces) est un atout.

  • Architecture Front-end : Solides principes fondamentaux en performance, accessibilité, design adaptatif (responsive), tests et maintenabilité.

  • Optimisation : Expérience en optimisation des performances front-end (chargement paresseux, fractionnement de code, stratégies de mise en cache, Lighthouse, etc.).

  • Produits complexes : Expérience sur des flux de produits complexes tels que le commerce électronique, le voyage, les places de marché ou la fintech.

  • Pensée Plateforme : Capacité à équilibrer la livraison de fonctionnalités produit avec une vision de plateforme à long terme dans des environnements multi-marques ou en marque blanche.

Our Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS) platform drives travel purchases for major global brands — from banks to airlines to fintech leaders. This platform is essentially a configurable, multi-tenant travel commerce engine, enabling partners to launch world-class hotel and travel booking experiences faster, with less custom engineering.
    Our Stays & Packages team focuses specifically on accommodation and bundled travel experiences: hotels, alternative stays, and packages combining flights, cars, and lodging. We build the booking flows, search experiences, checkout journeys, and platform capabilities that power these products across multiple partner portals worldwide.
    We’re looking for a Senior Frontend / Full-Stack Engineer who wants to work at the intersection of travel product, platform engineering, and user experience.

This role isn’t just about shipping UI features; it’s about shaping how lodging and package booking experiences scale across partners while maintaining performance, usability, and long-term maintainability.

What would your day-to-day look like

  • Work with a group of top-tier engineers in a low-process environment powered by trust and autonomy

  • Drive decisions and consensus asynchronously with thoughtful documentation

  • Ship fast. Learn fast. Repeat. Build new features from top to bottom, from UX to database

  • Architect scalable front-end solutions that allow us to efficiently launch new portals.

  • Work directly with PMs and business partners to help define and refine our roadmap. Your voice matters.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with a diverse group of people, giving and receiving feedback for growth

An ideal candidate has:

  • Deep expertise in React with modern compiler-driven patterns (functional components, hooks, performance optimizations, server-side rendering, hydration, and advanced state management).

  • Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience developing and maintaining enterprise-scale applications.

  • Advanced CSS knowledge (Tailwind, SCSS, CSS-in-JS, animations, and handling browser quirks).

  • Familiarity with contemporary frontend tooling (e.g., React Query/TanStack ecosystem, Tailwind or design-token-based styling, modern build tools like Vite). Experience working in monorepos (e.g., Turbo, Nx, pnpm workspaces) is a plus too.

  • Solid frontend architecture fundamentals: performance, accessibility, responsive design, testing, and maintainability

  • Experience optimizing frontend performance (lazy loading, code-splitting, caching strategies, Lighthouse optimizations, etc.).

  • Experience working on complex product flows such as e-commerce, travel, marketplace, or fintech applications.

  • Ability to balance shipping product features with long-term platform thinking in multi-brand or white-label environments

  • Familiarity with SSR and static site generation (e.g., Next.js) for SEO-friendly experiences.

  • A passion for writing testable code knowing what to test, what not to test, and what kinds of tests matter in front-end applications.

Bonus: Full-stack engineers with a frontend tilt are very welcome, especially those comfortable collaborating across API design, backend systems and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, etc.). This is a nice to have, but not mandatory.
