Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Expert to lead and enhance our DevOps ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing platforms such as GitLab and JFrog Artifactory, overseeing RBAC governance, and provisioning team workspaces (including Jira projects, Entra groups, resource groups, Kubernetes namespaces, and quotas). The position also plays a key role in standardizing DevOps practices and mentoring teams in GitOps adoption, acting as a technical reference to drive automation, security, and operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage GitLab and JFrog Artifactory for version control and artifact storage
- Oversee Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure security and compliance
- Help different sqauds onboarding new projects within our Kubernetes environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve DevOps objectives
- Ensure and promote compliance with industry standards and regulations (FR/NFR)
- Provide mentorship and guidance, both internally and externally, on GitOps best practices
Knowledge Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or a similar role
- Proven experience managing GitLab and JFrog Artifactory at scale
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and production operations, including networking, security (RBAC), secret management, and scalability
- Hands-on experience with FluxCD, and GitOps principles
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and Go
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with relevant tools and software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nous recherchons un(e) expert(e) DevOps hautement qualifié(e) et expérimenté(e) pour occuper un rôle clé au sein de notre organisation. Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la gestion de GitLab et d’Artifactory, de la supervision du RBAC, ainsi que du provisionnement des espaces de travail pour différentes équipes, y compris Jira, les groupes Entra, les groupes de ressources, les namespaces, les quotas et d'autres tâches liées au DevOps. De plus, il ou elle jouera un rôle central dans le mentorat GitOps au sein de l’organisation. Responsabilités :
- Maintenir et gérer GitLab et Artifactory pour le contrôle de version et le stockage des artefacts

- Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour atteindre les objectifs DevOps
- Garantir et promouvoir la conformité aux normes et réglementations de l’industrie (FR/NFR)
- Fournir un mentorat et des conseils, en interne comme en externe, aux autres équipes sur les meilleures pratiques GitOps
Qualifications :
- Diplôme en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente
- 5 ans d’expérience en DevOps ou dans un rôle similaire
- Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de GitLab et d’Artifactory à grande échelle
- Excellente compréhension de l’architecture et des opérations Kubernetes en production, incluant le réseau, la sécurité (RBAC), la gestion des secrets et la scalabilité
- Expérience avec FluxCD et des principes GitOps
- Maîtrise des langages de programmation Java, Python et Go
- Solide connaissance des pratiques et méthodologies DevOps
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de collaboration
- Maîtrise des outils et logiciels pertinents
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et rythmé
- Passion pour la transmission du savoir et le mentorat dans le domaine du GitOps
