About the Role:

As a Data Analyst focused on Operational Performance on the Customer Success team, you will report to the Sr Analytics Manager of Customer Success, and focus on AI assistants that empower our human operations. You'll partner with product, program, and operational leaders to define measures of success, create data-driven insights, and prioritize product investments that drive adoption and effectiveness of the AI assistants. Your work will span our global operations footprint, influencing the work of thousands of associates across multiple time zones. This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring 3+ days a week out of our Vancouver (Metrotown) office.

You Will:

  • Become an expert in our operational measurement
  • Be a partner in evolving Remitly's global operational footprint
  • Independently work with partners in Operations, Program, and product domains, providing analytical support and being a trusted partner
  • Communicate metrics, commentary, and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders across our operational footprint
  • Ensure that product metrics support operational and customer outcomes

You Have:

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in data analytics space
  • Experience being data-driven strategic partner, engaging with global partners, and ability to tie operational results to goals
  • Experience in data visualization and building dashboards
  • Fluency in SQL, data modeling, and other data science techniques
  • Experience managing analytics projects from creation to delivery, including developing structured solutions and empowering colleagues

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000. In Canada, Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
