If you are passionate about working on business problems that can be solved using structured and unstructured data on a large scale, Tiger Analytics would like to talk to you. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Architect to play a key role in designing and implementing robust data solutions that help in solving the client's complex business problem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data architecture blueprints that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Design scalable and efficient data models, schemas, and pipelines within the Snowflake data warehouse platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Snowflake-based solutions.
  • Implement data governance and security measures to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance.
  • Optimize Snowflake performance through query optimization, indexing strategies, and resource utilization monitoring.
  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of new Snowflake features and technologies to enhance data management capabilities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as a Data Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on designing and implementing data solutions using Snowflake.
  • In-depth knowledge of Snowflake architecture, including data storage, virtual warehouses, and data sharing functionalities.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for data manipulation and automation.
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts and tools (e.g., ETL/ELT processes, streaming data pipelines).
  • Experience with AWS cloud and familiarity with Snowflake's integration capabilities with cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/ Life Science domain, including knowledge of patient data, Commercial data, drug development processes, and healthcare data.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to support data visualization, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
