The DataPower Administrator will configure, administer, and maintain IBM DataPower appliances, ensuring secure integration across applications with a focus on API gateway management.

We are seeking an experienced IBM DataPower Administrator to support and manage enterprise-level API gateway and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, administering, and maintaining IBM DataPower Gateway appliances, ensuring secure, high-performance integration across applications and services.
Requirements
- US Citizenship (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience working with IBM DataPower appliances
- Strong understanding of web services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, JSON
- Experience with security protocols (SSL/TLS, OAuth, SAML, JWT)
- Hands-on experience in API Gateway configuration and management
- Knowledge of networking concepts (HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
