  • Collaborate closely with digital designers, brand designers, developers, product marketing managers and marketers to help elevate our brand and drive conversion.

  • Work closely with our Manager, Digital Experience, our Digital team, and our Brand team to ensure design integrity and brand is consistent across all touchpoints.

  • Work closely with Marketers to design assets for their campaigns and implement feedback.

What you should have:

  • 1-2 years of graphic design experience, ideally with a mix of agency and client-side experience

  • Self-starting, proactive and take-charge attitude

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating an ability to develop ideas with exceptional design quality for a broad range of design assets

  • Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Keynote should be core elements of your toolbox.

  • Familiarity with UX and UI best practices for the web and web accessibility standards

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to communicate with team members at all levels

  • A keen eye for detail and precision

  • Highly organized
