Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist in the B2B tech industry, you will play a key role in assisting with the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to elevate our brand, promote products and services, and drive measurable business growth. Your responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of SEO strategies, optimizing blogs, landing pages, and website content to improve organic search rankings and contribute to a high-quality lead pipeline from relevant industry keywords. You will also assist in managing and optimizing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels to maximize visibility and generate high-quality leads for IoT and semiconductor products. Additionally, you will help enhance our online presence, increase website traffic, and contribute to demand generation efforts to support business objectives and expand our organic and paid audience base.

Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Assist with management and optimization of SEM campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other ad platforms to maximize visibility and generate high-quality marketing qualified leads for IoT and semiconductor products.

  • SEO Optimization: Implement and oversee on-page and off-page SEO techniques, optimizing blogs, landing pages, and website content to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic from relevant industry keywords.

  • Website Content Management: Collaborate with product team, website manager, and website developers to expand and optimize website content, ensuring a user-friendly experience and SEO best practices. Collaborate with web third parties when necessary.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing KPIs and provide regular reports to management and businesses, offering insights and recommendations for improvements using CRM tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot.

  • (15%) Email Marketing: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, optimize, and deploy segmented email marketing campaigns aligned with customer lifecycles, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM. Use A/B testing to refine content and improve engagement. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with global teams across product marketing, product management, and other functional groups to align digital marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless coordination worldwide.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing within the B2B tech industry or a similar technology-driven sector.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, and marketing automation software. HubSpot experience is a must.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with AP writing style is a plus.

  • Familiarity with IoT or semiconductor technology and related market dynamics is a plus.

  • B2B tech background preferred

  • Proficiency with collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and Atlassian Jira.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce a considered plus.

  • Google ads certification, SEMRush Academy Certification and Hubspot certifications are considered a plus.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, online environment. and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is CAD $55,000 - $75,000.  There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
