Overview
The Director, Agentic Trust Market Enablement is responsible for equipping Mastercard's global regions to successfully position, launch, and scale Agentic Trust solutions across all Security Solutions Organization (SSO) verticals. This includes developing and delivering training, client-ready narratives, and go-to-market enablement, as well as supporting strategic client engagements and product launches to drive adoption in agentic trust use cases.
Operating within Security Solutions, the Director advances Mastercard's trust and safety strategy for agentic commerce by partnering closely with regional, sales, and product teams to enable effective market execution and client impact at scale.
Role Responsibilities:
Market Adoption & Enablement • Drive adoption of Agentic Trust capabilities across regions through training and strategic engagement • Enable regional teams with tools and messaging to position solutions effectively
Client Engagement & Commercialization • Support priority client engagements and strategic deals • Partner with regional and sales teams to advance opportunities and deliver client value
Market Insights & Feedback Loop • Capture customer needs, market trends, and adoption barriers • Translate market insights into structured inputs for Product and strategy teams
Cross-Functional Alignment • Align with global and regional stakeholders on priorities and execution • Support development of integrated solutions across SSO and partner teams
Regional Positioning & External Representation • Adapt global narratives into region-specific value propositions • Represent Agentic Trust in client and industry engagements
All About You:
• Strong experience in client-facing enablement, commercialization, or regional roles within payments, security, data, or technology environments • Proven track record equipping regional or sales teams to drive adoption, including delivering training, developing client-ready narratives, and supporting go-to-market execution • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling client and sales messaging, tailored to different markets and use cases • Experience supporting product launches and market activation, including enablement materials, internal readiness, and early client engagements • Experience working across global and regional organizations, with the ability to operationalize global strategies into effective local execution • Strong stakeholder influence skills, able to align Product, Sales, and regional teams and drive adoption without direct authority • Experience capturing and structuring market feedback, translating client needs and adoption barriers into actionable input for Product and strategy teams • Excellent communication and narrative skills, with the ability to represent solutions in client discussions, workshops, and industry engagements • Familiarity with agentic commerce, digital transactions, or trust & safety in Technology domains • Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a strong focus on execution, adoption, and market impact
