Job Overview & Summary:

We are looking for an accomplished Director of Operations - E-Commerce to develop and refine best practices that drive optimal performance across our team of Brand Managers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in brand management, preferably within an agency or Amazon aggregator environment, and will collaborate closely with Brand Managers to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and uphold a standard of excellence across all initiatives.

  • Partner with Brand Managers to address challenges, improve processes, and refine success strategies.
  • Create and update brand management best practices for operational efficiency.
  • Align Brand Managers with company standards for consistent project execution.
  • Monitor brand management performance, recommending improvements.
  • Stay current on industry trends to incorporate innovative practices.
  • Mentoring & Training Brand Managers, promoting continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand management with company goals.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Several years of experience in brand management, preferably within an agency or aggregator environment.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to influence and drive change across teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of brand management tools, techniques, and industry trends.
  • Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solution
