The Role

We are seeking a Director Client Services to oversee our team and ensure service and client goals are met. You will manage the full client cycle from project management of new customers and internal projects, the construction of onsite services, and ensuring customer success and satisfaction. 


You will communicate with the client about the products or services, making sure there are no issues, and ensure our client is confident throughout our planning delivery process. Moreover, the Director or Client Services is expected to be the point person on investigating and resolving client issues in collaboration with our stakeholders.

Who you are

  • Completed post secondary education in business or equivalent
  • Minimum 5+ years proven track record leading a Client Services operation
  • 10+ years’ experience managing multi layered teams focusing of product delivery and support in the technology industry 
  • In depth knowledge of project management planning and delivery 
  • Proven track record of managing customer service teams 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills 
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service 

What we need

  • Create and implement the product service roadmap 
  • Manage specific relationships with key customers and partners from a business and product perspective ensuring product and market requirements are being exceeded 
  • Project manage the provision of service from conception to delivery
  • Provide an escalation point for customer issues and be able to prioritize and focus on multiple streams daily
  • Provide strategic direction for the PMO team and provide guidance on process improvement to drive efficiency 
  • Participate in product and marketing strategies by identifying and filling product information gaps and programs to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth 
  • Be familiar with the product value proposition to optimize value pricing and target specific vertical markets by developing the service strategies 
  • Generate product requirements, specifications, production and high-level, time-integrated plans for product introduction and delivery with a strong understanding of the business impact & ROI 
  • Provide professional services to drive revenue and develop service strategies that align with customer expectations. 
  • Drive initiatives in product training and support certification
