About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic technology leader to join our team as Director, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Operations.

In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for shaping and leading our cybersecurity strategy while overseeing the security, reliability, and resilience of our technology environment. You will provide leadership across cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud services, technology operations, disaster recovery, technology risk, and third-party security.

Working closely with senior IT and business leaders, you will help ensure our technology platforms are secure, reliable, scalable, and positioned to support the future needs of the business.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Cybersecurity & Technology Strategy

  • Develop and execute the organization's cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and maturity plan.

  • Establish security policies, standards, controls, and governance practices.

  • Identify emerging cybersecurity and technology risks and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

  • Build security into new technologies, platforms, and transformation initiatives.

  • Lead cybersecurity awareness and security culture initiatives across the organization.

  • Provide leadership on emerging technologies and risks, including AI security and governance.

Protect the Business & Lead Through Critical Events

  • Lead the organization's response to significant cybersecurity incidents and technology events.

  • Maintain and continuously improve incident response, cyber recovery, and crisis management plans.

  • Coordinate key internal and external partners during critical incidents.

  • Communicate technology and cybersecurity risks clearly to senior leadership and the Board.

  • Lead post-incident reviews and drive improvements to strengthen future resilience.

Lead Infrastructure, Cloud & Technology Operations

Provide strategic leadership across critical technology services, including:

  • Cybersecurity and security operations

  • Networks and connectivity

  • Cloud platforms

  • Data centres, servers, and storage

  • Identity and access management

  • End-user and collaboration technologies

You will help ensure our technology environment is secure, reliable, scalable, and resilient while driving modernization, automation, and operational improvements.

Drive Technology Transformation

  • Lead and support major infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives.

  • Help shape the organization's cloud strategy, governance, and security.

  • Ensure technology investments are secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective.

  • Partner with technology and business leaders to align transformation initiatives with organizational priorities.

  • Support initiatives involving cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, disaster recovery, AI enablement, and digital transformation.

Strengthen Resilience & Manage Technology Risk

  • Lead technology resilience and disaster recovery strategies and programs.

  • Ensure critical technology services can recover effectively from cyber incidents and major disruptions.

  • Lead disaster recovery testing, cyber recovery exercises, and ransomware resilience initiatives.

  • Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, AI, and third-party technology risks.

  • Provide leadership with clear insight into technology risks and recommended actions.

Build Strong Partnerships & Teams

  • Partner with senior leaders across IT and the business to support strategic priorities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity, technology risk, infrastructure, and operational resilience.

  • Work closely with Legal, Privacy, Procurement, and external partners to manage technology and third-party risk.

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing technology teams.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

You are a collaborative and strategic technology leader with a strong background in cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology operations. You are comfortable moving between high-level strategy and complex operational challenges and can translate technical risks into clear business decisions.

You bring:

  • Significant leadership experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, technology operations, or related technology functions.

  • Experience developing and executing cybersecurity and technology strategies and roadmaps.

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and security governance.

  • Experience leading cybersecurity incident response and crisis management.

  • Experience with cloud technologies and large-scale infrastructure or technology transformation.

  • Strong knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resilience.

  • Experience managing technology and third-party risk.

  • Knowledge of identity and access management and data protection practices.

  • Experience leading and developing technical teams and external service providers.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • The ability to translate complex technology and cybersecurity issues into clear business risks and recommendations.

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :$138,800.00 - $170,000.00 / 138.800,00$ - 170.000,00$ (per year / par an)Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process.
