This role exists to elevate how we measure and manage the business by creating shared, enterprise-level metrics that unlock cross-sell, synergy, and compounding value across business units.
You will build an executive-grade view of business health—one that connects marketplace activity, ancillary services, and customer behavior into clear signals leaders can use to accelerate growth and profitability.

The MissionBuild and lead a unified business intelligence and data governance function that defines the business model in metrics, connects operating signals to outcomes like EBITDA, volume, and growth, and establishes a clear, scalable reporting structure used by executives and operators alike.
You will:Partner closely with executives and business owners to define and govern enterprise-level metrics, with clear ownership, definitions, and decision rights across business units
Establish a scalable reporting and metric hierarchy (executive → business unit → functional) that enables visibility, accountability, and alignment
Translate complex marketplace and ancillary-service operating models into shared leading and lagging indicators that highlight cross-sell opportunities and business synergies
Build a single, executive-grade view of business health that enables leaders to quickly see performance gaps, understand drivers, and prioritize action
Design monitoring and alerting frameworks that surface issues early, distinguish signal from noise, and explain why performance is changing
Create and run the operating cadence where business owners review metrics, diagnose gaps, propose solutions, commit to actions, and track results
Establish closed-loop feedback and accountability cycles—from insight to execution to ongoing measurement—ensuring actions taken are reflected in results
Stay hands-on in metric logic, data modeling, and analytical design while setting standards for rigor, consistency, and executive-ready storytelling
10+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Strategy, operating at Director level in growth-stage or complex organizations
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Finance or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven ability to design data governance for metrics and reporting without slowing the business down
Strong business acumen with the ability to tie metrics to financial outcomes and growth levers
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Domo, AWS, dbt, and Python, and deep fluency in SQL
Experience aligning stakeholders, resolving metric disputes, and driving shared accountability
Executives operate from a single source of truth
Metrics are clearly defined, governed, and consistently reported across teams
Business discussions move from debating definitions to deciding actions
BI and data governance are seen as growth enablers, not overhead
