  • Financial Modeling & Analytics: Design and refine sophisticated models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability. Drive scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to evaluate growth opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Pricing & Revenue Optimization: Oversee pricing strategy and fee schedule management, ensuring alignment with market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and profitability goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting packages that track KPIs, utilization trends, and financial performance. Translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders.

  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytics; expertise in Excel and experience with BI tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to distill complex financial concepts into actionable insights for executive audiences.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or membership-based business models.
  • Background in pricing strategy, utilization analysis, or managing fee schedules in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection analytics and risk mitigation strategies.

Compensation:
