This role can be based out of any of our US offices or remotely in the US. 

What you’ll do

As MongoDB’s Director of Global Integrated Campaigns, you’ll work as part of the Global Demand Center team to create strategic demand generation initiatives to drive awareness, generate quality leads, and activate scalable demand programs that impact the sales pipeline and recurring revenue growth.

You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels. You will also lead development strategies to help drive velocity through the sales funnel with demand programs and experiences that prioritize the customer while driving revenue. You create programs to prioritize and qualify leads and orchestrate customer outreach.

You will use your superpower skills and strategic knowledge to help MongoDB drive awareness and sell products. You are entrepreneurial, analytical, and data-led. You can operate both at the strategic and tactical levels and thrive in an environment where partnership and cross-functional teamwork are critical.

In particular, you will be
  • Manage a Global campaigns team at an enterprise scale, and have a proven track record of developing and executing impactful B2B marketing programs focused on growing net new logos and expanding our footprint with existing customers
  • Lead a team hyper-focused on driving qualified interest into the sales funnels by identifying and nurturing prospects while accelerating velocity through the pipeline to influence and drive revenue
  • Define the strategies and execution for scalable demand programs across multiple channels and regions to reliably and sustainably contribute to the marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Manage and optimize integrated marketing campaigns and programs to reach IT Decision Makers to drive sales-qualified leads and pipeline
  • Analyze integrated marketing campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results to facilitate sound decision-making and next steps
  • Work with partners in Marketing Ops to nurture leads better, increase conversion rates to marketing-qualified leads, and improve the integrity of the overall database
  • Strengthen our email and nurture programs, optimizing to expedite opportunity creation, pipeline acceleration, and closed-won revenue
  • Provide strategic guidance to regional field marketing teams on industry best practices for demand tactics, optimal marketing mix, tools/software, and strategies to scale outbound/inbound sales programs, sales enablement, and playbooks
  • Drive the yearly and quarterly cross-functional, integrated campaign planning process
  • Proactively drive the coordination with regional marketing teams to deliver integrated plans globally and locally
  • Lead, coach, and mentor our highly effective campaigns team
We’re looking for someone with
  • 15+ years of experience required with proven success within Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing leadership roles at a SaaS, Developer/Infrastructure, Public Cloud, or high-growth tech business
  • Proven track record of ability to drive outstanding results with prior self-service or B2B/B2D/D2C initiatives
  • Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns globally
  • Strong familiarity with demand generation best practices, industry trends, and SiriusDecisions frameworks, including expertise in lead scoring models, marketing attribution, demand waterfall, etc
  • Strong familiarity with digital marketing, programmatic ABM, campaign frameworks, etc
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills
  • Proven experience in managing the creation of marketing materials
  • Experience influencing and communicating product offers to customers, prospects, and sales professionals, demonstrated by excellent written (including copywriting and proofreading) and oral communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment and anticipate future needs while living the MongoDB values
  • A high level of accountability, married with a huge sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate ability to grasp enterprise technology and serve as an excellent and persuasive communicator – both written and orally – is a requirement
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing automation and sales automation systems, particularly Marketo and Salesforce.com

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:
$115,000$226,000 USD
