  • Collaboration & Productivity Tools: Optimize the use of core collaboration tools and recommend enhancements that improve productivity and security.
  • Incident Management: Develop and manage IT incident response protocols to address and mitigate system outages, security threats, and operational disruptions.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers while maintaining an efficient IT budget.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance IT policies, procedures, and documentation to align with evolving business needs and best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT leadership experience, with at least 3 years managing IT in a remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Strong experience securing and managing SaaS applications like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and enterprise password management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage IT operations in environments with high contractor use and moderate turnover.
  • Experience implementing security frameworks and compliance best practices for device management and access control.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security, device provisioning, and deprovisioning in a remote-first workforce.
  • Hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM), single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and mobile device management (MDM).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to implement scalable IT solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, HR, security, and business teams.
