If leading Integrations and Application Platform for a top EdTech company sounds exciting, this may be the role for you! We are searching for someone who will lead D2L to become the next generation integration platform for learning. You will establish our Integrations and Application platform strategy and drive our roadmap. With deep experience in EdTech integrations, you will confidently work with technical leaders in our customer and partner community. You will work with engineering leaders at D2L to drive our application platform strategy. 

How will I make an impact?

  • Direct D2L’s Integrations and Application product strategy and roadmap definition, focused on achieving business results 
  • Make it easy for customers to integrate their key systems (e.g. SIS, CRM, HCM) with D2L 
  • Enable people to easily configure and manage 3rd party learning apps they want to use in conjunction with D2L 
  • Enable software partners to accelerate their business by connecting into D2L’s ecosystem 
  • Make it easy for developers (from customers, partners and internal) to use D2L APIs and tools to build innovative solutions 
  • Be responsible for the commercial success of our D2L Link product 
  • Collaborate with D2L Support & Services and partners to ensure client success with integrations 
  • Build market awareness and excitement for D2L’s Integrations excellence with customers, partners, and industry analysts 
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales to develop, enable and execute GTM plans 
  • Manage your team of product managers, championing a positive high-performing culture 
  • Collaborate closely with other product managers, Design, and Engineering to launch innovative and value-generating capabilities frequently, test their performance, and iterate quickly  
  • Advise and seek input from key stakeholders across all phases of the product life cycle  
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with industry leading vendors and system implementers to augment the product offering  
  • Define, monitor, measure, analyze and report regularly on key business, customer and user metrics

Suggested Qualifications/Experience: 

  • Success in growing market share with B2B SaaS products, and improving product impact velocity   
  • Minimum 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS products across hundreds of customers and 100K+ users  
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS industry, at least 3 years in Integrations and Application Platforms 
  • P&L ownership experience for SaaS B2B products is a big plus 
  • Degree or Diploma in computer science, engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent work experience

The expected base salary range for a new hire in this role is listed below. The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry. As part of the total compensation at D2L the role may be eligible for additional benefits including a Wellness Subsidy, Equity Grants, Variable Incentive, and more.

Base Salary Range

$150,000$175,000 CAD
