We’re looking for a Director, Product, to help lead that evolution.
This is a role for someone who can see around corners, connect customer needs to business opportunity, and bring modern product thinking into a well-established, purpose-driven organization. You’ll shape what we build, how we bring it to market, and how we stay ahead in a rapidly changing health and wellness landscape.
The role:
Reporting the Vice President, Marketing and Product, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a comprehensive product strategy, operating mode and roadmap to drive growth across our diverse of group of customers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Set product direction
Partnering closely with the VP, you’ll define and drive the product vision across a portfolio of health, benefits, and wellness solutions across both B2C and B2B segments—balancing innovation with the strength of an established and trusted brand. This role requires deep cross-functional collaboration, working in lockstep with senior leaders across the organization to align strategy, unlock value and deliver cohesive, market-leading solutions.
Build and own a clear, compelling product strategy and roadmap.
Define where we play and how we win in a changing market.
Translate customer insight, market signals, and data into a clear strategic direction.
Lead innovation that matters

Own the full product lifecycle
From idea to launch to ongoing optimization—you’re accountable for outcomes, not just outputs.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management.
Prioritize initiatives based on value, impact and strategic fit.
Continuously improve performance, adoption, and customer experience.
Partner to deliver exceptional experiences
You’ll work in close partnership with CX, Digital and Technology teams to ensure product strategies are translated into seamless, end-to-end experiences.
Partner with Digital Product and Technology teams to bring product strategy to life in a shared ownership model.
Influence the end-to-end member and customer experience across digital touchpoints.
Align on priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Ensure business, customer, and experience goals are fully integrated.
Bring products to market with impact
You’ll connect product strategy to clear, differentiated market positioning.
Define and lead the go-to-market strategy and approach, partnering with cross-functional team to bring the new offerings to market.
Partner with the Market Development team to pilot and evaluate new product offerings for scalability and commercialization.
Partner with Marketing & Brand to sharpen messaging and storytelling.
Enable Sales teams with the insights and tools they need to win.
Stay ahead of the market

Build deep understanding of competitors, trends, and disruption.
Translate insights into strategic advantage.
Anticipate where the industry is going—and move early.
Lead and elevate the product organization
You’ll lead a team of experienced product leaders and continue to build a high-performing, modern product organization.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of seasoned product managers and product leaders.
Set a clear product operating model, expectations, and standards for excellence.
Drive alignment, focus, and accountability across multiple product lines and initiatives.
Elevate product capability and discipline across the organization, embedding strong customer-focused thinking and discipline.
Act as a senior leader and mentor, building bench strength and future product leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
10+ years of experience leading product strategy and teams.
A proven track record of building and launching products that drive meaningful impact.
Experience in health, benefits, insurance, or in digital-first platform or technology-driven environments (all considered strong assets).
Experience bringing modern product practices into established or complex organizations.
Experience working in cross-functional product models with digital, design, and technology teams.
Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing product teams, including senior individual contributors and people leaders.
Strong commercial acumen—you understand growth, value creation, and trade-offs.
Confidence working across senior stakeholders and influencing direction.
A mindset that blends innovation with pragmatism and a strong customer-focus.
