We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as Director of Product Marketing. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, this is an added leadership role in StackAdapt’s growing marketing organization to lead critical areas of StackAdapt’s product marketing function. During this period of rapid growth, we are looking for a leader to scale our go-to-market motion, help to drive product adoption and retention, and educate our clients and prospects on programmatic, martech concepts, and our platform.  You will be responsible for building, developing, and managing a world-class team of product marketers.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Drive product marketing strategy, collaborating with product, revenue, marketing and executive teams to create successful go-to-market motions. 
  • Own product messaging, positioning, value propositions and differentiators to drive exponential growth in each vertical and region. 
  • Accelerate AI adoption and enablement across the organization to expand product adoption and win more in each vertical. 
  • Build a successful GTM process for all new products, solutions and features, enabling internal teams and driving the narrative of innovation externally. 
  • Deeply understand the programmatic industry, market trends, and jobs to be done, including client pain points, usage and buying behavior, and the partner ecosystem.
  • Subject matter expert in identifying market opportunities and connecting customer needs to StackAdapt’s product offerings.
  • Partner with VP of Product Marketing, CMO and executive leadership to build the category and expand into adjacent markets.
  • Provide input and strategy into product roadmap, strategy, and pricing based on market and customer research finding, industry analyst interactions and competitive findings.
  • Support the team in setting clear goals and key results. Ensure that those are communicated and visible across the company and progress is shared regularly.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Proven product marketing leadership experience having built and scaled world-class product marketing teams through creative strategies, great communication, strong partnerships, and engaging culture.
  • Confidence in scaling launch processes and go-to-market (GTM) motions, supporting revenue teams to drive growth and personally owning ambitious revenue targets.
  • Prior leadership and working experience in ad tech and martech with deep expertise in digital advertising, data,  b2b, and marketing automation solutions. 
  • Domain expertise in building strong categories with compelling messaging, positioning and data-driven storytelling. 
  • At least 7 years of experience in a people leadership position has given you a strong set of leadership skills, and a deep understanding of how to build a performance-oriented culture.
 

The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location. We do not ask candidates about current or prior salary history, and we will not use such information, if volunteered, in setting an offer.

This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Factors Influencing Final Compensation:

  • The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications.
  • Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.
Canada Base Salary Band
$168,000$231,000 CAD
USA Base Salary Band
$180,000$247,500 USD
