About the Role
The Enablement Program Manager – Delivery Focus is responsible for the execution and support of high impact programs...this role will focus on the delivery portion of the initiatives, including calendaring, reporting, roster management, and scheduling.
As a key player in the Global Field Enablement team, you will work cross-functionally with subject matter experts, sales leaders, and product marketing to deliver enablement programs that drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Enablement Program(s) Delivery
- Organizing attendance and messaging leading to engaging, interactive training sessions for sales, customer success, and partner teams.
- Supporting structured onboarding programs designed to accelerate new hire ramp-up time.
- Coordinating and facilitating workshops, webinars, and in-person sessions that enhance skill development and retention.
✅ Execution & Logistics
- Partner with global program managers to align, manage, communicate logistics, coordination, and execution of enablement deliverables and offerings, ensuring smooth program delivery.
- Manage scheduling, communications, and learning platform updates to keep teams informed and engaged.
- Maintain enablement resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
✅ Program Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback and analyze engagement data to refine enablement offerings.
- Measure the effectiveness of enablement sessions and recommend improvements based on performance insights.
- Leverage learning best practices to optimize program delivery and knowledge retention.
Qualifications & Experience
🔹 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or program delivery in a B2B SaaS environment.
🔹 Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
🔹 Experience managing and delivering enablement programs, including in-person and virtual training.
🔹 Knowledge of sales methodologies, such as MEDDICC, Command of the Message Solution Selling, is a plus.
🔹 Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
🔹 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
🔹 Proficiency with enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, WorkRamp, Docebo) and LMS platforms is a plus.
🔹Availability to work 4 day per month into our Santiago office
🔹Fluent English is required
