About the Role

At Rula, our mission is to make mental healthcare work for everyone: patients, therapists, and insurance providers. We exist to help patients achieve better outcomes, faster. Within the Provider Clinical Quality team, we build tools to support both therapists and Rula’s Clinical Quality team, enabling therapists to deliver high-quality care with ease. Our projects span from designing intuitive user experiences that enhance therapists' daily productivity to developing data-driven ML integrations that elevate the standard of care.

We are seeking a mission-driven Engineering Manager to lead the Provider Clinical Quality team in delivering impactful projects that improve care quality. In this role, you will guide a small team of passionate engineers, fostering collaboration across Rula’s engineering teams to build technologies that drive better care outcomes. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or comparable work experience

  • 10+ years of professional engineering experience. At least 7 years of full time IC work and at least 3 years of hands on people management experience.

  • Experience that involves performance management, mentoring, and career growth

  • Demonstrable project management experience across multiple teams.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation Range: $187K - $220K
