We are looking for a Enterprise Partnership Manager to own and grow strategic relationships with our enterprise-level partners. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in FinTech and understands the intersection of technology, partnerships, and revenue growth and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for managing the full partner lifecycle including onboarding, enablement, solution alignment, commercial performance, and long-term relationship management. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and equally comfortable solving complex problems as they are presenting to C-suite executives.

Your Impact

  •  Manage and grow relationships with enterprise-level partners across FinTech, payments, SaaS, ISVs, and more
  •  Act as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
  •  Develop partner account plans to drive adoption, upsell opportunities, and shared revenue goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver partner value
  •  Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and provide performance insights, analytics, and recommendations. Identify expansion opportunities and negotiate partner agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  •  Support go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and enablement programs to strengthen partner engagement
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and proactively address risks, blockers, or gaps in execution
  • Ensure partners are fully enabled on our solutions, value propositions, roadmap, and support resources
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements as needed

What You Bring

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in partnerships, enterprise account management, strategic alliances, or B2B relationship management
  • Background in FinTech and Payments nice to have
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive  partner economics, market trends, and revenue models
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy

As part of Ontario’s Pay Transparency requirements, TouchBistro is committed to open and equitable compensation practices. Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth. The final offer amount for this role will depend on geographical region, applicable experience, and the skillset of the candidate.

  • This position offers a base salary plus variable commission. As this is a commission-eligible role, actual earnings may vary based on individual performance and quota attainment.

Salary Range
$115,500$126,000 CAD
On Target Commission
$49,500$54,000 CAD
