Advisory – Strategy 

Help clients solve complex business challenges by developing forward-looking strategies, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights that drive measurable impact. In this role, you will: 

  • Work closely with clients to assess current business operations and identify opportunities for improvement 

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop compelling, evidence-based recommendations 

  • Leverage data visualization tools, charts, and models to bring your findings to life 

  • Apply skills in insight development, business problem solving, operating model design, and financial analysis 

  • Communicate your ideas clearly through strong presentations and well-written reports 

  • Collaborate with teammates across projects and contribute to a culture that values inclusion, diversity, and continuous growth 

  • Build your professional network through office events and volunteer opportunities as an ambassador of a global organization committed to developing top talent 

This role requires working onsite with our clients and partners, or in our offices and delivery centers, to support delivery excellence and cultivate strong client relationships. Across all our roles, you can expect some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. 

 

English is required for this position, as this role involves regular interaction with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the high volume of these interactions, which is inherent to the nature of this role, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Here’s what you need:  

Required Qualifications: 

  • a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major with an anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) of December 2026 through August 2027   

  • If applying for Montreal location, must be fluently bilingual in English and French  

  • Major in any subject that has pushed you to think critically and given you opportunities to solve problems (i.e., business, economics, commerce, computer science, engineering, etc.)  

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

 

Business & Industry Acumen: Demonstrated knowledge of consulting, strategy, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, business analysis, process improvement, organizational design, or related disciplines through coursework, internships, or project experience; understands the implementation of data analytics in solving real-world business problems.  

Analytical & Technical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems using data, quantitative methods, digital tools, and emerging technologies, with experience or interest in areas such as analytics, visualization, programming, engineering, design, or technology-enabled transformation. 

Communication & Leadership Potential: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; able to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and develop innovative solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes; feels comfortable leading workshops, engaging others for input, and using storytelling as a presentation style; demonstrates a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.

role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
