What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Customer Acquisition: Conduct door-to-door outreach, engaging homeowners with confidence and professionalism.
- Present TELUS Solutions: Explain product offerings clearly, tailoring your pitch to customer needs and highlighting value.
- Build Your Pipeline: Generate and manage qualified leads through relationship-building and follow-up.
- Close Sales Independently: Guide prospects through the full sales cycle from initial contact to final agreement.
- Meet Sales Goals: Achieve (and exceed) personal and team sales targets.
- Strengthen Customer Relationships: Encourage referrals and repeat business through trust and customer care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented individuals
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced field sales setting
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset (but not required)
- Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM)
- Uncapped commission-based pay structure, dependent on commission rates associated with a successfully sold product
