Paylidify is on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Entry Level Sales Representative who possesses sharp business acumen, a history of achieving results, and instinctive sales talents to join and help develop our Sales and Development team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative team setting and excels in a goal-driven atmosphere. This role is far from ordinary! As our business expands and we navigate an agile landscape, the perfect candidate will flourish in a culture that embraces continuous improvement and a proactive mindset. You’ll be instrumental in laying the groundwork for our sales initiatives by showcasing the value Paylidify brings to potential businesses. If you’re energized by challenges, enjoy teamwork, and are eager to collaborate with major vendors across North America, this is the place for you. We seek candidates who can think strategically and act proactively; those ready to excel in a fast-paced environment will find great opportunities for advancement, including potential management roles. You will partner with our Sales team to identify new customers that align with the Paylidify ecosystem.

You will:

  • Oversee a varied sales pipeline, pinpointing and prioritizing opportunities to speed up sales cycles
  • Grow your pipeline by cultivating business leads on a large scale
  • Instill a sense of urgency through a solutions-oriented sales method, uncovering challenges faced by businesses and delivering distinctive, targeted value
  • Advance your sales career with guidance and support from our dedicated sales leadership team
  • Achieve and consistently surpass your monthly goals

Job Criteria
