Do you excel at navigating multiple ERP projects while keeping scope, schedule, and budget perfectly aligned? Are you a strategic, tech‑savvy Program Manager who thrives on bringing complex Dynamics 365 initiatives across the finish line?
We are looking for a professional and engaging for ERP Program Manager our Calgary Branch to be based out of our Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary branch! The ERP Program Manager will support Dynamics 365 projects and is expected to manage multiple IT programs ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, and budget to existing Project Delivery Framework. You will be providing oversight on project plans, schedules and developing solutions to program challenges by assisting project managers in successful completion of projects on time and on budget.
A Day in the Life:
- Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
- Support enterprise and public sector clients with project planning and program management
- Connect and guide the project team to minimize turn and down time
- Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
- Leverage expertise to support the go love dates identified for the project
- Support a team of the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget
- Collaborate with technology experts and clients to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget
- Manage multiple and varied-technology client-facing projects simultaneously through the project life cycle ensuring constraints (cost, schedule, risk, quality, people) are effectively managed
- Maintain anticipated Statements of Work (SOWs) and Statements of Requirements (SORs) margins and find opportunities to repurpose unspent budget to deliver additional value
- Act as a consultant and trusted advisor, working closely with management, technical teams and stakeholders
- Recommend or make critical decisions to steer project schedule
- Perform Earned Value Analysis (EVA) or other analysis to validate progress to plan
- Collaborate with clients to develop quality assurance processes and quality control activities
- Actively facilitate efficient decision making with clients and internal teams to ensure project success
- Support business justification development, contract negotiations and contract compliance
- Provide oversight on project portfolios to achieve annual plans and metrics of success
- Drive business rhythm across multiple teams to deliver commitments on time and at high quality
- Facilitate program communications, identify and implement continuous improvement practices, and provide regular status reports as required
- Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders
- Assess change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in a business analyst or project manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations
- Integrated ERP Deployment experience (ideally with Microsoft D365, AX or CRM)
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Program Management with multiple lane / department delivery
- Experience in a consulting environment or similar fast-paced industry
- An analytical mind and creative problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks
- Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders
- Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to guide projects from conception to final implementation and measuring the results in a data driven manner
- Certified Scrum Master and PMP is nice to have
