Performance Objectives
- Event Planning & Execution:
- Own end-to-end event management for trade shows, conferences, and hosted events.
- Manage logistics including scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, booth setup, and onsite execution.
- Ensure alignment with marketing campaigns and brand standards.
- Promotion & Engagement:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to amplify event awareness through social media, email campaigns, and content strategies.
- Drive demand generation and customer advocacy through creative activations and data reporting.
- AI & Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven tools and automation for event workflows, reporting, and attendee engagement.
- Share insights and best practices with the team to continuously improve efficiency and scalability.
- Reporting & Optimization:
- Track and report event ROI using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Cvent.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain strategic alignment.
- Train internal teams for event readiness.
- Other Duties:
- Manage swag inventory, shipments, expenses, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations (GDPR).
