The EverPro business within EverCommerce offers business management solutions that help home and field service small businesses work more efficiently and improve every touchpoint with their customers.  Software solutions customized for field services, landscaping, pest and lawn, remodeling and roofing help these businesses with everything from scheduling and tracking jobs, to quoting, invoicing and payments processing, to customer relationship, review and reputation management.  

The Invoicing vertical within EverPro focuses on business management and payments solutions for small service businesses through our Invoice Simple and Joist products. These solutions help service professionals efficiently manage their business finances, from creating estimates and invoices to processing payments and tracking jobs. Our products serve hundreds of thousands of freelancers, solo entrepreneurs and microbusinesses across hundreds of industries across multiple geographies. 

Position Summary: 

The Head of Growth will develop near, medium and long-term growth strategies for our Invoicing products (Invoice Simple and Joist). Working closely with the Market Leader for Invoicing, this role will define strategic growth initiatives, including pricing, promotion, and market expansion strategies, while partnering with the marketing department for execution. The role serves as a key strategic partner across all Market Leader functions to ensure cohesive growth planning and optimization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Growth Strategy Development:  
  • Define comprehensive growth strategies across different time horizons. 
  • Define strategic KPIs and own pipeline targets for invoicing product growth. 
  • Lead pricing and promotion strategy. 
  • Guide new market, product, and geographic expansion opportunities. 
  • Develop strategic frameworks for demand generation and lifecycle marketing. 
  • Guide product strategy to optimize conversion and retention. 
  • Strategic Analysis: 
  • Build analytics frameworks to measure and optimize growth initiatives. 
  • Define metrics for tracking performance across customer lifecycle. 
  • Guide optimization of customer acquisition costs and lifetime value. 
  • Create forecasting models for pipeline and revenue growth. 
  • Lead rapid testing and iteration cycles to improve performance. 
  • Strategic Leadership: 
  • Manage the Market Strategist, Growth Strategist, and Growth Data Analyst. 
  • Build centers of excellence for growth strategy and execution. 
  • Foster data-driven strategic planning, decision-making and high-performing team culture. 
  • Develop frameworks for scaling growth initiatives. 
  • Create systems for excellent experimentation and impact measurement. 
  • Cross-functional Strategy: 
  • Collaborate with marketing department to ensure effective strategy implementation and campaign execution. 
  • Partner with Customer Research, Strategic Planning, and Performance Monitoring teams. 
  • Guide partnership strategy with Business Development. 
  • Work with Product teams on conversion and retention optimization. 
  • Align with Customer Research on target audience insights. 

Qualifications: 

  • 12+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or related field with proven track record of driving business growth. 
  • Experience leading and scaling growth teams in B2B SaaS environment. 
  • Strong background in data analysis, experimentation, and optimization. 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies. 
  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred. 
  • Experience with growth marketing tools and analytics platforms. 
  • Strong data analysis and modeling skills required. 
  • Proven track record of data-driven decision making.  
  • Experience in market expansion and geographic growth.  
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute pricing strategies.

Where: Remote, Ontario/Canada

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role will require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America. 

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $170,000 - $200,000 CAD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above
