About the RoleThis is a description of the type of person we are actively looking to bring into Sully.ai right now. If there is mutual fit, the first conversation is role-agnostic. We shape scope and ownership based on our highest-priority needs and your strengths, experience, and velocity.
Design scalable systems, playbooks, and processes that turn early traction into repeatable, metrics-driven execution.
Partner deeply with product and engineering to translate real customer pain into workflows, requirements, and product improvements.
Act as a technical thought partner, pressure-testing edge cases, shaping agent behavior, and holding AI output to clinical and operational quality bars.
Stay close to customers, especially clinicians, using feedback, data, and rapid iteration to continuously refine workflows.
Founder or early founding-team experience scaling a SaaS or AI product from zero to meaningful revenue.
Strong technical fluency and judgment. You can reason about systems, constraints, and failure modes alongside engineers.
Proven ability to operate cross-functionally across engineering, product, and go-to-market.
A track record of outlier execution in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.
