Our purpose of creating, connecting, and caring for communities is more than a saying to us – it’s a way of thinking, working, and living because we're locals too, and seek to give back in ways that strengthen and build resilient communities. We do this because we genuinely care, enjoy what we do, and even manage to have some fun along the way! You’ll find us partnering with local and national community groups, like Clontarf Foundation, Black Dog Institute, and Soldier On, in addition to indigenous groups and social enterprises, to ensure that our good work positively impacts and brings about sustainable change within our industry.
  • Do we offer a ‘competitive’ salary package? Of course! Speak to our Talent Acquisition or People & Culture team to learn more.

Based in Hazelmere, WA, we are looking to appoint an Executive/Marketing Assistant to provide marketing and administrative support to the General Manager (GM) - Western Infrastructure Services. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact and ensure smooth day-to-day operations by providing timely, efficient administrative support including event and marketing coordination. Your professionalism, flexibility and highly organised operating ethos will see you successfully manage a range of competing demands and deliver high quality outcomes to agreed timeframes. This is an exceptional opportunity with the potential to work either full-time or part-time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the General Manager’s calendar to schedule, prioritise and coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring they can focus on leadership and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate all aspects of internal and external events and marketing (including for GM), calendar invites, communications, catering, speakers, and facilities.
  • Organise travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries, expenses).
  • Prepare and process expense reports and credit card reconciliations.
  • Draft correspondence, emails, and presentations on behalf of the GM.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in communications.

How you’ll connect to the role?

Your proactive "can-do" attitude, outstanding organisational and time management skills, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities—combined with your capacity to perform under pressure and juggle multiple tasks—are key qualities for success.

We celebrate and embrace diversity across our business and are committed to equal employment opportunities.

We believe in the value that diversity brings to our team and people who share our REAL values are encouraged to apply.
