The Field Coordinator & Resources Planner will work closely with Americas Resource Managers (RM), Service Managers (SM), the assignment CoE in Florence, Installation Managers (IM), mobilization team and P&L teams to achieve operational excellence in the assignment of Field Service Engineers (FSE).
As a Field coordinator & Resources Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Fulfilling of North America (USA and Canada) FSE requests & guarantee On-Time Assignment of FSEs.
- Guarantying Data Quality of the requests opened by the Service Managers.
- Evaluating all factors which drive the assignment of FSEs considering technical and soft skills, project priority, mobilization feasibility, economic impact, internal policy, FSE's availability, regionalization policy, FSE team member compatibility and FSE growing opportunities and resource's skill optimization (jointly with the RMs& SMs).
- Tracking Field Engineer job assignments and do the corresponding assignment adjustments in the system. Upload in the system the vacation and training plan of the FSEs as communicated by the RM.
- Providing “look ahead” reports on availability of resources per skills and per country. Perform capacity analysis and identify opportunities to optimize utilization: Identify suitable backup plans to cover unplanned or unexpected needs.
- Working closely with Assignment COE in Florence, Regional Resource Managers & Service Managers assuring right skill assign to right tasks
- Developing and maintaining an operating rhythm with Installation managers, CPMs and CSMs to review FSE assignments and open demands in order to fill those gaps.
- Being the BH sponsor for a team of contractors FSEs making sure a correct update of the bio-data & competency data base in the system, maintain their access to the company tools, take care of their technical certification and manage the provision of company assets

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have knowledge of turbomachinery Field service Jobs and requirements (5 years minimum).
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of project management.
- Be proficient in MS Office Suite have strong Excel skills.
- Demonstrate organization, planning skills and attention to detail.
