What you will be doing:

The EMEA Field Marketing Manager position combines responsibilities for all regional digital Marketing and online events to maximize patient referral and patient acquisition growth in the region.

A successful Field Marketing Manager has substantial understanding of patient acquisition-focused Marketing in the Medical Device/Pharma sector, as well as our external and internal audiences eg Neurologists and referring HCPs in general, Marketing Communication and IT. He/she enjoys taking charge of digital regional Marketing programs and webinars detailed planning, proactive communication, and flawlessly delivering memorable Marketing experiences supporting patient acquisition goals.


The job holder’s duties and responsibilities include the following:


  • Adapt digital Marketing programs and messaging according to the needs of the region, in collaboration with CAM Team.
  • Create, expand, and accelerate patient referral and patient acquisition opportunities through regional and account-focused digital Marketing and webinars execution within the Marketing defined strategy and CAM utilization Plan.
  • Regional webinar events and campaign strategy, decision making, full alignment with the CAM Team.
  • Accounts milestones celebrations, event coordination and assets generation.
  • Social Media campaign/newsletters creative aspect with accounts willing to gain visibility and higher exposure.
  • Ensure all events and digital marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, measure and report on their effectiveness
  • GDPR compliant data/leads gathering to support account or country.
  • Initial geography focus is: DACH, Nordics, UK, Benelux, France.

What you have:

  • Scientific (BS, MS) or MBA and commercial/sales /marketing background.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Medical-Marketing positions.
  • Experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales, patient referral and patient acquisition pipeline through regional digital Marketing.
  • Exemplary communication skills. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capacity to empathize with the needs and experiences of the CAM Team and IT and developers.
  • Tool Proficiency such Monday, Salesforce, Google Workspace.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • A passion and substantial understanding of the market needs, IT security and internal compliance.
  • Experience running Digital Marketing to develop DACH, Spain, France, Italy, Benelux, Nordics, UK & Ireland.
  • Robust understanding of digital Marketing to the Medical Device and/or Pharma sector
  • Engagement, Team Spirit, Creativity, Hands on.
  • Fluent in more than one European language on top of English (eg German, French, Spanish, Italian).
  • Willingness to travel at least 30%.

Advantages:

  • Knowledge of the Movement Disorders field.
  • Speak fluently more than 2 European languages.
