  • Perform financial analysis to support initiatives that optimize product mix, promotional efficiency, and cost management within EMEA markets.
  • Assist in the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans for the Amazon EMEA account, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.

Operational & Promotional Optimization Initiatives:

  • Contribute to operational initiatives such as shortage management, post audits, terms negotiations, and external profit management, driving financial efficiency across the P&L.
  • Collaborate with the Amazon Sales team to optimize promotional strategies, ensuring alignment with margin and profitability targets.
  • Monitor and analyze the financial impact of promotional and operational activities, identifying areas for improvement and driving actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between inventory, logistics, and promotional strategies with financial and sales goals.
  • Work closely with the Global Amazon Lead to ensure EMEA strategies align with the global Amazon playbook while meeting local market needs.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights for both regional and global leadership.

Ad Hoc Support & Strategic Projects:

  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support evolving business needs in the Amazon EMEA market, including new product launches and market expansion efforts.
  • Support strategic initiatives by identifying risks, opportunities, and financial impacts of proposed actions.

Some of the skills & experience you'll bring:
