We're on the lookout for an engaging and strategic Finance Director to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop the finance team to ensure effective financial planning and analysis processes are in place, promoting best practices across departments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define financial strategies that support the organization's overall mission and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver insightful financial reports that highlight performance trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgeting processes while ensuring comprehensive forecasts and analyses that anticipate business needs.
- Establish financial policies and procedures that promote efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that the finance team serves as a trusted advisor to all departments.
- Drive initiatives for optimizing cash flow and cost efficiency while supporting strategic growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, with a strong background in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset, capable of translating numbers into actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in developing financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
