We are looking for a skilled financial analyst to evaluate financial data, market trends, and company performance to help Dulcedo make informed and strategic investment decisions. You will analyze financial statements, create forecasts, assess risks, and provide recommendations on stocks, bonds, and other investments. Your insights will aid in optimizing our financial strategies and maximize profitability.


Expectations:

Analyze financial data (including salary and operational expenses)

Assess financial documents to ensure the accuracy of records and reports

Support the accounting team with AP and AR

Review various BS reconciliations

Support the finance director in budget preparation

Measure KPI performance indicators

Implement internal controls based on current recommendations

Coordinate with the accounting team for month-end reviews and year-end preparation

Maintain accounting documentation and SOPs

Provide ERP implementation support

Utilize accounting tools and demonstrate proficiency in Excel


The experience you bring:

3 - 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst

CPA in progress or extensive relevant experience

Background in public accounting

Proficiency in financial reporting and Excel

Experience with accounting and financial tools

Adaptability to a dynamic, high-volume work environment

Nous recherchons un analyste financier qualifié pour évaluer les données financières, les tendances du marché et la performance des entreprises afin d’aider Dulcedo à prendre des décisions d’investissement éclairées et stratégiques. Vous analyserez les états financiers, élaborerez des prévisions, évaluerez les risques et fournirez des recommandations sur les actions, les obligations et d'autres investissements. Vos analyses contribueront à optimiser nos stratégies financières et à maximiser la rentabilité.


Attentes:

Analyser les données financières (y compris les salaires et les dépenses opérationnelles)

Évaluer les documents financiers pour assurer l'exactitude des dossiers et des rapports

Soutenir l'équipe comptable dans la gestion des comptes fournisseurs et clients (AP et AR)

Examiner divers rapprochements de bilan

Assister le directeur financier dans la préparation du budget

Mesurer les indicateurs de performance (KPI)

Mettre en œuvre des contrôles internes basés sur les recommandations actuelles

Coordonner avec l'équipe comptable pour les examens de fin de mois et la préparation de fin d'année

Maintenir la documentation comptable et les procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP)

Apporter un soutien à l’implémentation de l’ERP

Utiliser des outils comptables et démontrer une maîtrise d’Excel


Expérience requise

3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste financier

CPA en cours ou expérience significative équivalente

Expérience en comptabilité publique

Maîtrise des rapports financiers et d’Excel

Expérience avec des outils comptables et financiers

Capacité d'adaptation à un environnement de travail dynamique et à volume élevé
