About this opportunity

This position is responsible for inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and treasury operations. Responsibilities include processing cash movements, preparing reports, managing GL updates in SAP, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is a CPA or working towards a designation, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in SAP and BlackLine.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and record inter-company interest payments and cash movements

  • Perform monthly and quarterly GL reconciliations in Blackline

  • Prepare trial balance entries for designated legal entities

  • Compile and submit the quarterly StatsCan Foreign Investment Report

  • Process treasury transactions in Fiori, including FX forwards, short-term investments, interest and loan payments, and bank transactions

  • Manage requests for opening and closing general ledgers in SAP for bank accounts

  • Contribute to business process improvements and development

Who you are:

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada

  • Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent with a CPA designation considered an asset

  • Minimum 2+ years relevant accounting experience

  • Experience in SAP systems, Fiori experience an asset
