Our Canadian operation, Canaccord Genuity Corp., is currently looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional multi-tasking and interpersonal skills to join their Wealth Management team on a full-time basis. This will be an in-office role with overtime and working on weekends when required.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard;
- Greet high profile clients and visitors;
- Monitor meeting room schedules and ensure rooms are clean and organized;
- Coordinate and track all outgoing couriers for local, national, and international deliveries;
- Open and sort all incoming courier and mail for delivery to appropriate recipients;
- Assist with cheque/certificate pick-up by client and Log and track incoming cheques and securities;
- Process expenses, review and allocate invoicing costs to different departments;
- Order general stationary and stock for office and kitchens;
- Maintain inventory and storage area for all departments
- Perform Facilities support functions in coordination with Facilities Canada West department in Calgary.
- Process securities cage functions (Cheques, Certificates, Documents) for the Calgary office, assisting advisor teams and head office.
- Assist members of the Wealth Management team with administrative duties and special projects as required
- Support the functionalities of Canaccord Genuity’s Dataphile KYC (Know Your Client) System to assist users with various queries and reports;
- Identify, initiate, and participate in process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives with Manager;
- Develop and maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge of the department functions.
- Additional branch projects as required
- Organize catering for branch meetings as needed
