Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced Technology Project Managers with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.
Act as a bridge between business, development and QA teams to ensure requirements are well documented & understood.

- 3+ years experience with APIs.
- Deep understanding of Fiserv APIs, including opportunities for API performance improvement (i.e., via the use of Fiserv experience APIs to orchestrate several calls under a single endpoint)
- Manages the daily scrum process, as a scrum master, ensuring the proper documentation of user stories & pointing of stories is done in Jira.
- Ensure backlog is well-groomed to prevent sprint velocity slow downs
- Ensure APIs meet industry standards for data security, PCI/DSS compliance, and financial transaction processing, when required
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to track key project metrics such as timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Ensure dashboards are up to date, accurate, and aligned with project goals, providing clear visibility into project status for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Automate reporting process to streamline project tracking and reduce manual effort.
Show Us What You’ve Got
- Degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 6+ years if experience as Business Analyst with a focus on strong reporting, dashboards, and presentations
- Senior BA (standard BA skills including strong requirements gathering and analysis).
- Prefer strong experience in the control room space including employee and firm conflict of interest.
- Prefer strong experience in STAR COMPLIANCE system
