What You Will Be Doing
- We are looking for fluent English speakers to contribute their expertise to training and refining cutting-edge AI systems. As a contributor, you will:
- Adopt a “user mindset” to produce natural data that reflects realistic AI use cases.
- Use rubrics to address user needs in a structured manner.
- Evaluate AI outputs by reviewing and ranking reasoning and problem-solving responses.
- Contribute across various projects depending on your skills and experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (or currently enrolled).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to develop complex, professional-level prompts and assess nuanced AI reasoning.
- Strong Writing: Clear, concise, engaging writing to explain decisions or critique responses.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to evaluate accuracy and technical aspects of model outputs.
Nice to Have
- Background in literature, creative writing, philosophy, history, theology, etc.
- Prior writing or editorial experience.
- Interest or experience in AI, machine learning, or creative tech tools.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: Up to $15 USD/hour, paid weekly via PayPal or AirTM. Rates vary based on quality, accuracy, and time spent.
- Free Access to Model Playground: Experiment with leading LLMs at no cost.
- Flexible Schedule: Work anytime—no contracts. Most contributors work 5–10 hours weekly; some up to 40.
- Global Network: Join a diverse worldwide community contributing to advanced AI tools.
