- Planifier, coordonner et mettre en œuvre des projets de son portefeuille
- Définir la portée du projet et des ressources requises
- Identifier, évaluer et gérer les risques, en proposant des solutions pour les atténuer
- Assurer le suivi et contrôle financier et des échéanciers
- Maintenir une communication claire avec toutes les parties prenantes, y compris les clients, les équipes internes et la direction
