-Gérer les attentes des clients et assurer leur satisfaction;
-Agir à titre de conseiller.ère expert.e auprès des clients (recommandations), en collaboration avec le.la chargé.e de comptes;
-Analyser et appliquer une approche de résolution de problèmes aux différentes situations;
-Assurer une approche proactive en bonifiant les mandats lorsqu’il est possible de le faire;
-Co-produire les documents de projets et veiller à leur mise à jour au besoin (ex. : plan de travail, échéancier, briefs d’équipe);
-Respecter la portée du projet et identifier les risques afin de proposer des solutions qui assurent sa bonne conduite;
-Assurer une production efficace et proactive au quotidien avec les différentes équipes de travail;
-Offrir un soutien quotidien à l’équipe en coordonnant les activités de design, de programmation front-end, back-end, SEO et hébergement;
-Maintenir la motivation de l’équipe;
-Être responsable du contrôle de qualité des mandats;
-Participer à l’amélioration continue des méthodes de travail et aux bilans de projets;
-Se tenir à jour sur les tendances du Web en mettant continuellement ses connaissances à jour.
A typical day for you would be:
-Be the main point of contact for the execution of the mandate;
-Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction;
-Act as an expert advisor to customers (recommendations), in conjunction with the account manager;
-Analyze and apply a problem-solving approach to various issues;
-Ensure proactivity by improving mandates whenever possible;Co-produce project documents and ensure they are updated as necessary (e.g. work plan, schedules, team briefs);
-Respect the scope of the project and identify its risks in order to propose solutions that ensure its proper maintenance;
-Ensure efficient, proactive day-to-day production with the various work teams;
-Provide day-to-day support to the team by coordinating design, front-end programming, back-end programming, SEO and hosting activities;
-Keep the team motivated;
-Be responsible for quality control of mandates;
-Participate in continuous improvement of work methods and project reviews;
-Keep abreast of the latest Web trends by constantly updating your knowledge.
Exigences
- Diplôme dans une discipline pertinente au poste ;
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets ;
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine numérique ;
- Expérience significative en relations clients ;
- Expérience en analyse de besoins d’affaires pour proposer des solutions numériques efficaces aux clients ;
- Connaissance du CMS HubSpot (un atout) Expérience avec des projet de commerce électronique (un atout)
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit* ;
- Bonne connaissance des processus d’assurance qualité.
- Degree in a discipline relevant to the position;
- 3 to 5 years' experience in project management;
- 1 to 3 years digital experience;
- Significant experience in customer relations;
- Experience in analyzing business needs in order to propose effective digital solutions to customers;
- Knowledge of HubSpot CMS (an asset);Experience with e-commerce projects (an asset);
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written*;
- Good knowledge of quality assurance processes.
