Flynn Calgary is looking for a Glazing Project Coordinator to join our team! The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager.

A Day in the Life
- Work closely with the Project Manager, coordinating project schedules, materials, and equipment.
- Organize and coordinate submittals
- Review and monitor schedules and quality control
- Review all contracts and accepted quotations
- Write up purchase orders
- Prepare material order sheets and review quantity takeoffs
- Attend team meetings
- Assist production with preparing prices
What We Are Seeking
- Recent graduate of a Construction or Engineering & Technologies program or a related educational
- field, or have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a construction environment
- Previous experience in Glazing Coordination would be an asset.
- Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project
- Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Strong blueprint reading skills
