This Position reports to:

Global Division HR Manager


 

As our Global HR Business Partner for Division Functions, you will step into a role where your expertise in human resources becomes the driving force behind our people strategy. You'll partner with managers to create an environment where everyone can thrive, ensuring that our HR processes support and enhance our business goals. In this role, you'll have the flexibility to work in a hybrid model, blending the benefits of remote work with the collaborative energy of our on-site teams. This position is integral to our Division Organization, which spans multiple regions and consists of over 200 employees in your direct area of responsibility.

Your main stakeholders will include senior business leaders, HR Centers of Expertise, and Global Business Services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Guidance: You’ll understand our business drivers and long-term strategy, identifying opportunities for HR to add significant value. By setting and implementing HR priorities, you'll align our people strategy with our business goals, ensuring that our organization thrives both now and in the future.

  • HR Solutions and Consultancy: Represent HR within our business entity, establishing strong relationships with leaders and acting as a trusted consultant and coach. You will be the voice of the business to our Centers of Expertise and Global Business Services, ensuring that our HR support is both relevant and impactful.

  • Capability and Workforce Planning: Ensure that our business is always ready to meet or exceed its targets by planning and staffing effectively. Utilize HR insights to understand organizational trends and issues, executing actions that address these insights.

  • Organization Design and Performance Management: Optimize our organizational structures and values, ensuring high-performing teams are in place. Implement global performance standards and KPIs, address performance issues, and drive recognition and reward programs.

  • Talent and Skill Development: Ensure we have a healthy, sustainable talent pipeline. Drive talent processes like development planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and recruitment for key positions. Collaborate with Centers of Expertise to implement learning and development activities.

  • Compensation and Compliance: Define fair compensation strategies in line with our global policies, monitor personnel costs, and ensure compliance with global and local standards and policies.

  • Change Management: Translate change management requirements into actionable plans that support our business strategy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.

Key qualifications:

  • 10+ years in HR Business Partnering, with a basic understanding of labor laws across different countries.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. High flexibility and strong collaboration abilities.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

  • Preferably based in the Czech Republic, Poland, or North America.
    Please note: While we are flexible on location, we are not currently planning to hire in Switzerland.
