Join Crawford’s Global Privacy Office as a Global Privacy Analyst and play a meaningful role in strengthening privacy and data protection practices across a global organization. Reporting to the Chief Privacy Officer, you’ll help advance Crawford’s Privacy Program by supporting practical, business-minded solutions that protect data, meet regulatory and client expectations, and promote a culture of privacy across teams. This is an opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders around the world, contribute to high-impact privacy initiatives, and help shape reporting, controls, and processes that support effective compliance.


The annual salary range for this role is $62,000 to $69,280.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of processes that identify, assess, and address emerging privacy and data protection risks across the business.
  • Partner with colleagues across global teams to embed privacy practices, policies, and controls into everyday business activities and client engagements.
  • Prepare recurring reports, metrics, dashboards, and insights that help the Global Privacy Office and key stakeholders track progress and make informed decisions.
  • Participate in regular meetings and briefings, tracking privacy initiatives, directives, and remedial actions through to completion.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments and control reviews for applications, products, and processes to evaluate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in privacy, compliance, legal, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a regulated industry, such as financial.
  • Familiarity with privacy and data protection laws and frameworks, such as PIPEDA, GDPR, and applicable U.S. privacy requirements.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at different levels of an organization, including preparing executive-level reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
  • The ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced, and evolving environment while managing sensitive and confidential information with care.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, proactive, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with a focus on developing practical, business-minded solutions.
  • Privacy certifications such as a Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection, CIPP, or an equivalent recognized qualification are considered an asset.
