Position Purpose:
Provide graphic design and creative support to the corporation and its subsidiaries based on established creative direction
- Produce high-quality, compliant member-facing materials, track creative project statuses and organize design files and assets
- Design, format, and update various materials for the corporation and its subsidiaries based on established creative direction
- Collaborate on brainstorming and collaborative design efforts with various cross-functional design groups
- Act as a liaison between the corporation and internal and external print vendors for print production
- Supports the department with project coordination and production as needed.
- Assist with various web projects as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience. 0-2 years marketing or advertising experience.
Highly Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in Adobe design programs including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat as well as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of web design and basic understanding of HTML, CSS, web standards and user experience.
The hiring leader would prefer to hire someone in the Eastern or Central Time Zones, but this can be a fully remote position anywhere in the United States.
Pay Range: $23.23 - $39.61 per hourCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
