This will be a remote role to start, with plans to transition to hybrid 2x/week in office, likely in downtown Toronto, Canada

Flexible work hours will be required to coordinate with global tasks and NA, EMEA, and APAC teams

The Role:

The Group Product Manager will join the Enterprise Systems Team within the Technology Operations organization and help build and deliver projects to increase business efficiency and automate global teams’ business processes. This individual will collaborate with not only finance but also analytics, product, and engineering partners. This is a highly impactful leadership role that will oversee a team of senior managers and senior business systems analysts to deliver great business-facing products, system improvements, and operational support to finance partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Mentor and lead a team to effectively align resources with priorities and supervise the quality of work and ongoing operational support being delivered to the finance partners.
  • Work closely with the business and engineering teams to lead cross-product improvements and initiatives.
  • Provide team guidance to resolve operational incidents promptly, especially during monthly financial close cycles.
  • Drive conversations cross-functionally across multiple platforms, including NetSuite, Salesforce, SoftCo, and Expensify, as well as internal custom-built applications.
  • Drive evaluation of new 3rd party tools with vendors, business partners, and engineering.
  • Deliver comprehensive vendor analysis to leadership.
  • Act as scrum master, maintain JIRA, manage trade-offs between technical debt and new features while developing product roadmaps, and provide status updates to the leadership team(s).

Please apply if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably with an engineering/technical background.
  • 10+ years building and delivering FinTech products, with a minimum of 3+ years leading and developing a team.
  • Technical skills with prior hands-on experience managing financial systems such as ERP, AP Automation, AR Receivables, Travel and Expense, Enterprise O2C, R2R, P2P integration platforms.
  • Comfortability troubleshooting issues and providing technical guidance to system administrators and analysts.
  • Supported monthly financial close and have expertise in product delivery in order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report domain.
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills to provide guidance to your team.
  • Great attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, adherence to data governance and control requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Eagerness to constantly learn and grow in the role while adapting to whatever new systems are needed in the future.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Canada located role is $130,000-$160,000.

We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including: health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave benefits. This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.
