We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.

We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. About the Role

The Growth Marketing Manager - B2B2C Partnerships will play a critical role in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that target both business clients (healthcare providers, payers, systems integrators) and end consumers (patients, employees). • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA or other advanced qualifications are a plus

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.)

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.)

  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into simple, compelling messaging

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Experience in healthcare IT, health tech, or SaaS marketing

  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and user experience design

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR) and industry-specific compliance requirements

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
